Missoula Mavericks Baseball Program Board Members
Thank you to all Board members and for all the Great Community involvement! The Missoula Mavericks Baseball Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Its board is elected by its membership, including parents and others dedicated to supporting Legion Baseball.
Each year, The Board also raises and administers necessary funding for program costs such as equipment and uniforms, team travel, coaching contracts, concessions, team insurance and registration, advertising and promotion, bookkeeping, and other activities necessary to operate the program. These costs usually run about $110,000 for the season.
Clearly, the program would not be possible without the generous support of literally hundreds of businesses and individuals in the Missoula community who support the Missoula Mavericks Baseball Program. Please note the businesses and individuals supporting the Mavericks -- as players sponsors, advertisers in our program, advertisers in our program, outfield sign advertisers, and major corporate sponsors -- and thank them in any way you can. The entire Missoula Mavericks Baseball Program- players, coaches, parents, supporters, and board members - work very hard to earn this support.
Mavericks Baseball also is generously supported by the local American Legion "Hellgate Post #27". The Post serves as the Legion sponsor of the Mavericks and is lease-holder of the field where Legion baseball is played. All receipts from the sale of outfield sign advertising is dedicated to the maintenance of the field. The entire Missoula Mavericks Baseball Program is working to make the facility the best that it can be.
