The Mavericks home field is located in the Dale Dahlgren American Legion Baseball complex on Tower Road in Missoula, Montana. The complex is named for Legionnaire Dahlgren who was the driving force in the development of the facility in the 1980s and 90s.
Lindborg-Cregg field is named for Russell Lindborg and Bill Cregg who actively promoted American Legion baseball in Missoula in the years after World War II. Lindborg managed the team for most of the 1950s.
All three men were active in the American Legion Hellgate Post #27 and served in other community leadership positions. Our hats are off to these founders of the Missoula Mavericks and their hard work to realize their vision of an outstanding baseball program and facility.
The stadium has had many upgrades over the years. In 2015-16, a major field renovation took place to make the Mavericks home park even more outstanding.
